Ladakh (many passes) lies nestled in the heart of the high Tibetan Plateau; until recently inaccessible to the outside world. Our journey introduces us to the radiant Ladakh people and their harmonious culture for an experience which touches one's soul.

This is a very rare opportunity to experience traveling and camping amidst the mystery and depth of an ancient culture and it's people. Explore colorful artisan markets and enjoy traditional Tibetan foods. Chant with Tibetan Buddhist monks in monasteries perched high on rocky crags. Visit Lamus (Tibetan healers), and enjoy Ladakhi dance, music, and art.

Trek in the magnificent stark beauty of 18,000 ft. high mountain passes, towering snow capped peaks, deep river gorges and fertile valleys, visiting homes of our Ladakhi friends and families and practicing Yoga along the way. A high altitude adventure for the serious traveler.

Group gear is provided and will be carried by pack animals or porters. We are free to hike with day packs. Tasty vegetarian meals with non-vegetarian options will be provided and each morning we will awaken to hot wash water and tea at our tent.

Join us for custom adventures such as camel safaris across the deserts of Rajasthan or trekking in the exotic regions of Sikkim and the Kulu Valley.
